Very bad service

I bought 4 MILKSHAKES on Friday 6 November 2020 and 1st of all I never received a slip and when I got home all 4 MILKSHAKES was sour. It tasted so bad we couldn't even drink it, so I never could return it to the store because I had no slip. I contacted the customer care and still at this hour I have received no feedback. With the corona epidemic it's already hard to spoil ur chids with something nice and then to be disappointed like that and then throw R139.60 in the drain.
