Useless Service

I placed an order for a ice cream cake on Wednesday it states on their website that if you do place an order for a ice cake you must give them 24 hours, i Phoned this morning to confirm if every thing is still on board for my cake, the consultant told me that the order was never processed and i must send them an email regarding my request, just to find out that the email address they gave me doesn't exist!!!

This is ridiculous to say the least
