Unprofessional and LAZY staff with an attitude!

Disgusting service at MILKY LANE N1 city branch! On the 18.12.2019 we walked into the store sometime Between 21.30 and 21.35 we placed our order and the lady at the cashier says: “ no we put the waffles machines off, you cannot order a waffle! Only ice cream” I immediately google the store closing time which CLEARLY INDICATES store closing time 22.00 ! A whole 30 minutes prior to its closing ALL the staff including the STORES MANAGER REFUSED to assist 4 paying customers , and kept saying they put the machine off no more waffles ! If this is the type of service milky lane wats to serve us , they should definitely clearly indicate this on their site and their closing times explaining to consumers that no products besides ice cream will be served after 21.30 pm. We walked away in disgust, disappointed by the misleading information that’s on their site and extremely Lazy ass staff, who could’nt be bothered to clean a machine after 21.30 pm!
