Under served

Im only writing this because there website keeps failing me. Today we went to Milky Lane KC 1 of my orders was a choc nutty dipp sugar cone, 1stly the amount of ice cream was a small dallop and 2ndly it wasnt dipped in nuts i paid R39.90 were as my mom that took a choc dipped nutty cone from there fridge that was R28 that was bigger than mine, and evan had the nuts on. When i approached another co worker, as my cashier wasnt there she was too confused and eventaully reached for a mini cup, at this point i said leave it, because what was she going to give me? A extra dallop of ice cream with nuts ontop? I was very disappointed in there service and miss-communication today.
