Unacceptable "service"

<p>A trip to get something sweet with a few friends, milky lane WAS always a treat. Well on Sunday evening, myself and 4 friends went to eastgate shopping centre milky lane and informed a waitress that we were having a seat and would like some menus. She very nicely said she would be with us soon and we took menus to our table. </p> <p> </p> <p>Another waitress came to take our order, and we placed 4 orders and a take away. After waiting 20 minutes which is normal, only one order came, and the other 3 of us waited patiently for ours to arrive. </p> <p>40 minutes have passed now since the one order arrived and was finished, calling two waitress to check up where our orders are and being completely ignored, our oringal waitress came to inform us that she had forgotten and lost our order. </p> <p> </p> <p>So, we spent one and a half hours at milky lane to have one person eat and 3 with nothing including no take away, therefore completing the other 3 cravings at another restaurant. Ridiculously unhappy with Milky lane eastgate and will never go there again. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
