Thembeka and being unproffessional and rude!

I had a bad experience at milky lane at Gold Reef City the one close to the entrance not the trolley guys. Thembeka which was the name of the cashier refused to swap white choc dip to normal choc dip claiming its not allowed. I dont eat white choc she said they can't do it. I told her im willing to pay extra for it she said what if other people see it and come want the same thing. How is that more relevant than satisfying a customer. Atrocious service Milky lane i was so disappointed that a long standing shop still doesn't know customer preference. I will never buy there again.
