Terrible service

MILKY LANE Florida currently getting the WORST service I have ever had in my entire life I've been waiting a whole hour for assistance with a waffle and the waiter Faith has been absolutely unpleasant unnecessarily its actually disappointing seeing at this was my first experience at a Milky Lane let alone it being the first day of a brand new year..... If enough people complain about the service in an establishment it would be in the best interest of the company to take action immediately.
