Terrible customer service

I have received a terrible customer service from Abigail who was serving me at Milky Lane Centurion Mall. She was so rude and I left the place without even ordering anything. She came to my table and took my partner’s order then left, I called her to ask why did she not take my order or to even ask if I’d like something or not, I called her and asked her and she rep**** with an attitude and did not apologise, i lost my appetite right there. I am not happy and I don’t think I would visit the store again.
