Straw drama

The Milky lane in Springs Mall has the rudest workers. I asked the lady ( who was sitting in a corner eating open mouthed and reading a newspaper)if i could just please take one straw for my daughters drink as no other store close by had any.She rudely and without getting up screamed at me that every straw is counted and i may not take one until she talked to her manager..She then screamed again to the vack for someone and without even looking told me the manager is at the back of the shop and i will just have to wait while she went on eating and ignoring me.i asked if i can please talk tothe manager and she told me no..i asked her for her name,the managers name, the shop nr, a contact nr or anything i can use to be helped and she refused to give any.she came up to my face and made a big show of how if im not a customer i will not be getting a straw..all this because of 1 plastic straw! We regularly go there as a family but we will def not be supporting them again
