Standards are dropping

On Friday evening i purchased a medium caramel cup of ice-cream from your store. When the cup eventually came, the caramel looked a bit strange. It was very light in colour compared to the normal cup that i usually buy. I left for home and in the car i ate of the ice-cream. This was the worst caramel that i had tasted. It was not only lacking in colour but was just plain down tasteless. It tasted like ordinary sugar coating, no caramel taste whatsoever. It was really disgusting and i had to throw it all away. I am extremely disappointed Milky lane, your standards are dropping. A complete waste of my time and money.
