Speachless

We visited Milky Lane in Cresta on Saturday and ordered our usual Mexican Salsa Waffle....Since we had not been there in about 6 months, we were really excited, BUT, to our surprise the waffle is no longer laid flat and topped with lots of ingredients, it is now folded and there is hardly anything on it.<br> When asking the waitress about the decrease in portion and flavorless meal, she rep**** saying that it is an instruction from head office and if we want what we used to get then we will have to pay more.<br> When asking for the manager, he too is too busy to deal with this and couldn't even come to the table.<br> I was told to write a complaint if I want something to be done.... So, Milky Lane here is your complaint.. if it means anything.<br> <br> Thanks for the lousy tasteless meal with nothing on it, Thanks for the Bad service and thanks for proving to us that you don't care about your customers, we appreciate it and will now tell all others and NEVER return.<br> <br> Well Done in cutting down on your portions and customers!!!!
