Sour waffles.

On the 29th of September 2022, my boyfriend and I decided to get some waffles and ice cream from the Milky Lane at the Eldorado Park location, as it is within walking distance from where we live . Upon arrival we asked the lady about their waffle options and she was not helpful at all, she at first said they didn't have any waffles, yet there was a sign outside the door stating the different ones they had, there after she said they only served the classic waffles, when we asked her if we could request toppings, she then said they did have a bar one and aero waffle, which we ordered. It took about 20 minutes to be made. We then recieved our order, when we ate the waffle it had a very odd taste, we assumed that it was caused by the mint chocolate combined with the chocolate sauce and ice cream, and continued eating, halfway into eating the waffle we realized that it had been the dough that was sour. At this point it was very off puting and we then threw the waffles away, and decided to leave. We hope they can improve their service and check their dough regularly as we are bought suffering from diarrhea due to eating such a large amount of the sour dough.
