Service level melting away.

I decided to buy some ice-cream cones by your N1 City branch past 17:00 on 05/12/2020. The Que I can't complain about due to the heat and everyone wanting to cool down. When I got to the front of the Que, the experience got turned upside down. I simply asked, "Do you have other flavor ice cream." Clearly this was not a good question. The confused lady just eventually said, only vanilla. I ordered 3 Mega cones with dip. She went to the ice cream machine and started doing what she needed to do. I got 3 normal sized cones with dip on. I paid and took the order after telling her I ordered mega cones. I left the store because I did not want to spoil the moment for the family. I got to the parking lot about 2 minutes later, and the ice cream was just about melted. You have ruined an end of an perfect day out with the family, due to your staff simply not giving a damn.
