Service

I was at Milkylane just now. We were 4 people sitting. We ordered a chocolate milkshake, 2 waffles and a pecanut ice cream. The waffle came and we waited for the rest. The ice cream arrived alone, we kept on waiting for the milkshake. When we started to say that we are unhappy the waiter informed us that there is only one employee in the kitchen. We asked the waiter to tell the manager that we are unhappy for we were almost halfway through eating when the milkshake arrived. The manager never came to our table to handle the situassion. I did not see the manager on the floor during the time we sat at the tabble. For me the service was poor. Even if the waiter were friendly the servuxe were poor.
