Served on used and filthy plates!!! Completely disgusted :(

Me and my family went to Milky Lane in KC yesterday. The place was disgustingly dirty, staff at the till serving while on the phone. Floors and counters covered in food and dirty cloths everywhere. The place was empty and the 4 staff stood idle. We were served waffles on dirty plates stacked next to the waffle machine. When told the plates have been used, staff acknowledged it and brought side-plates. The worst experience ever - I have pictures of the filthy store, idle staff and dirty plates that were wiped out with tissue paper and used to serve food. We were the only customers at the time. Completely appalled ... we did not eat the food and requested a refund. Very happy to share pictures with management if they interested in improving their service and hygiene concerns.
