Rude staff including the manager

<p>Suncoast Casino Milky Lane. So today 16 Juky 2017 I bought ice cream I a cup and asked to add caramel sauce. The guy added caramel dip instead. So I told him sorry o said sauce not dip. Then he said I must take it anyway... the manager joined in and him and the first guys just started saying derogative things about how I'm lying I should just take the ice cream. No apology nothing. They didn't have nametags. The manager was so rude! And the have no order or working system... customers just standing around not knowing what to do. Very disappointed. </p>
