Rude manager Zevenwacht mall

I work in Zevenwacht mall and was on my lunch break being a manager and always being busy i decided to come out the store a little and go for lunch whilst ordering myself something to eat at debonairs and thought of getting a milkshake at milky lane as it is right next to it. I was utterly disgusted as to how the manager (Grant) spoke to his staff he was literally shouting at them in front of other customers and he threatened them with warnings wooow that was really upsetting the staff literally looked scared for this man witch i think is really rude as iam a manager myself and do not like it when good people get mistreated by bad managers. I will never ever buy from milky lane Zevenwacht mall
