******* Service from Milky Lane at The Glen
Today ( Monday 28th December) my wife and I tried to buy an icecream at Milky Lane at The Glen shopping centre. When we arrived at 18h15, THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS yet the staff could not drag themselves away from their busy schedule to even greet us, let alone take our order. I waited for a minute and then asked them why they did not assist us, to receive blank stares from all. One fact *** was serving herself an icream in a cup, and they continued to ignore us. This poor service is OBVIOUSLY totaly due to the absolutely APPALLING management of MILKY LANE, who allow their ******* low class trash staff to treat customers in this disgusting manner. They, and all other Milky Lane outlets will never see another cent of my money, and I will extend that to all franchises in their useless group Famous Brands (sic)<br> If you own a franchise in this group, how does that make you feel?
