Poor service i will never support Milky Lane again.

So i visited Milky Lane Mall @ Reds. I was very disapointed in the manner i was treated by the staff. None of the staff greet when you walk in. When you want to order you as the customer must call for attention at the counter. Although many waiters are standing talking to each other but ignoring the customer. When it comes to paying the person behind the counter doesnt know how to work a card machine. He repeatedly decline my card. Instead of telling me there is something wrong with the Capitec cards today. He said i must sort out my card and i mustnt tell him what to do. I pointed out to him that he is frastrating me and i was shocked at his response: He told me he will sort me out over the counter if i dont sort out my card and keep quite.
