Poor service from rude waitress

My daughter and I decided to go Milky lane N1 City this evening. We were seated and waited for a waitress to come and take our order. I indicated to the waitress I'm ready to order.As I was inquiring to her about something on the menu, she just walked away to another table. I was totally dumbstruck. During this time, no other waitress came to our table for service. The original waitress eventually came back and looked surprised when I asked to speak to the Manager. The manager came over and I explained what happened. All that she said was sorry. This is the 2nd time i have had troubles with this branch. This experience has truly left a bitter taste in mouth. I don't think I will ever come back to this branch in the the near future. In addition, word of mouth is the best form of adverti*****t. I will spread the word to friends, family and social media to stay away from this branch.
