Poor Service at Milky Lane
We ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. We went to Milky Lane to place the order on Saturday 24 January 2015 and paid the amount due. We requested that the cake be ready for collection on Saturday 31 January 2015 at 10h30. We arrived at Milky Lane a few mintues late and we had to WAIT while they finished the ice cream cake. When they brought the ice cream cake out they forgot to put on astros WHICH WAS STIPULATED ON THE ORDER FORM!!! When i brought that to their attention I got a moan and groan out of the lady that was assisting us. Like it was to much effort for them. I am really not impressed with Milky Lane and WILL NOT be ordering anything from them again! They have such bad attitudes and their customer service stinks!
