poor service
Yesterday I went to milkylane and a hair strand was found in one of the two waffles we ordered , as a result of this i lost my appetite and didnt eat the other waffle , we didnt really want anything else as offered by the manager as we were afraid of their hygiene .. i asked for a refund,,just to go home and realise he only gave us a refund for the waffle with the hair and not the entire bill , which was rather disappointing as we were polite to him and his staff .I am really questioning the hygiene of the company ,this is something that should never happen,.. well if it does it should be dealt with accordingly .
