Poor Service

Ghe review system on the milk lane website is outdated and has been outdated for the past 4 months. I know this because the last time i attempted leaving a review it gave me the same error message. The mall isn't rirverside it is I'llanga but the option is not available on the website. 1. Only one waiter was available and working the ground for approximately 9 minutes after my arrival. 2. There was an Exceptional amount of time before customers were attended too resulting in approximately 1 customer leaving per 10 minutes 3. Utensils were not provided to customers who had already received their meals resulting in customers sitting and waiting for 6 minutes with their ice cream melting. 4. I had been Seated waiting for assistance for the past 20 minutes 5. Only received assistance once a new waiter hit the floor due to the previous waiter being the only one available. 6. One of the waiters was the only waiter available during a rush hour, second waiter only came out once there were close to no customers left. I enjoyed my Waffle though, there were no complaints regarding the meal, only the service.
