Poor customer service experience

Yesterday we went to buy ice-creamat Milky Lane , Blouberg around 12:00 and we were served by the most unwelcoming cashier ( think her name is Owam). She was talking to someone when we walked in and she saw us coming but continued talking until I asked her if they are open. She said "yes" and did not greet us back, mind you. She served us with an attitude. Took my order, said "thank you" and guess what, no response from her. She watched us walk on to the car, giving us the eye. I do not know this woman from a bar of soap but that level of service is disgusting. Please re-train
