Pathetic Vouchers Nobody Can Redeem!

If I could give no stars, I would! How pathetic is it that only 1 person in Milky Lane N1 City AND Parow Centre know how to use the YoYo Rewards Vouchers??!! And this person is NEVER ON DUTY!!?? Why bother being a part of a rewards system that big companies use, if one can never redeem the damn Vouchers?! Can someone please contact me to arrange that I can get reimbursed for these Vouchers and Train your damn staff up for evolution or your company will remain behind!!!
