Pathetic Service, Pathetic Waffles & Rude Staff!

One star is too much! I went to Milky Lane at eastgate. We asked the lady what’s the bar one bonanza and the lady said bar one. We ordered three. - we thinking we are getting a YUMMY!!! Chocolate overload bar one waffle. They had three options, bar one bonanza, bar one and banana, bar one peanuts. We literally got a soggy waffle with a drizzle of bar one sauce and PEANUTS!!! I asked to speak to the manager and the manager told me that the Bar one peanuts is the one with the chocolates and not the bar one bonanza.. Like okay then name the waffles properly! Not her fault because it’s a franchise, but the disrespect and rolling of the eyes is honestly very unprofessional. - and instead of apologising for not asking the correct questions or answering the question in a detailed manner, I get a role of the eyes and a click of the tongue.. if we knew we would’ve order the Bar One Peanuts since we were looking so forward to those little bar one bits. - Lady behind the till has no energy whatsoever and doesn’t seem interested. She wasn’t even friendly and she was mumbling everything instead of speaking clearly to a customer. Milky Lane is not the Milky Lane I remember..
