Pathetic service

Pathetic service from The Grove's Milky Lane. Me and my husband stood in a queue for about 10 minutes, they were very busy. We finally came to the front, just waiting for the lady in front of us to get her order. As she moved away, a gent from @ Home came walking past us, not asking if we are standing in the queue, went to the front and started talking to the lady behind the counter, who was by the way well aware of us standing in the queue. She looked both me and my husband in the eyes, not having any decency to tell the guy that we are actually next in line. I told my husband we must just leave, I'll support a business where you still get service. I have a big event coming up and wanted to place an order for 3 ice cream cakes. But I'll never go to there again. I will go to a bakery and support them. Pathetic service from Milky Lane to say the least!
