Pathetic service and management- Milky Lane MOS

Recently visited Milky Lane at Mall of the South. Pathetic service from the staff. They are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. This has happened on more than one occasion and according to Google reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this experience. The owner/manager responds for the sake of it but they clearly don't care. The quality of their products and cleanliness is just as bad but being served by someone who acts like you are bothering them is far worse.

To avoid the frustration and an extremely unpleasant experience, avoid Milky Lane at Mall of the South.
