Pathetic Service!!!

Yesterday evening at roughly 18h35 my husband and I went to Milky Lane at Cresta. There was no one to seat us, so we sat ourselves down. No one came with menus or acknowledged our presence. At 18h50 a waiter comes and asks if we know what we want to order because they are going to close in 10min! Like what the hell????? We were seated there for 20min before anyone saw us and that too, this guy wanted to rush us! He proceeds to bring the menus and leaves never to return. Eventually we got up and walked away - again unnoticed! Disgustingly pathetic service and this was not the first time we experienced ********** service at this specific establishment or in this case, no service at all. I anticipate your response to see what excuse/reason there is for such a complete lack of customer service in its entirety! NB: We also requested the contact details of the owner and this was promised but no surprise - not delivered!
