Pathetic service

I am disgraced with the service from Milky Lane. This is not the first time I have had pathetic service. I ordered a cone ice cream and a Whizzer. While the one waiter was making the Whizzer, the rim of the cup was cleaned with a dirty cloth that was used to wipe the counter. If that is not bad enough, the lady that made the cone ice cream did not even know how to operate the ice cream machine. She made a cone for me that was supposed to be covered in chocolate and nuts. After placing the ice cream in the nuts she saw that the ice cream was too soft. Without any hesitation she placed the cone ice cream in a cup and gave it to me. She did not see it of worth the effort to try and make a new ice cream for me or ask someone to assist her.This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from a confectioners service. Not only is Milky Lane extremely expensive, but the service that they provide is even worse. I will never support Milky Lane again!!!This is a pattern of bad service from Milky Lane that I would not recommend.
