Pathetic Service
Went to Milky Lane N1 City on Saturday 6 June 2015 at about 5pm to enjoy some sweet treats. Upon waiting in the queu to be served and finally to get to the front and have no one present to take my order. After waiting about 3 or 4 minutes, I asked one of the staff if I could get some service and was rudely told: \Cant you see we are all busy preparing orders?". (1.) Why must everyone prepare orders? (2.) Are they that disorganised that they do not know what their designation is? """
