Pathetic- Inadequate and Misleadingly

We tried to lodge a complaint online and we got an error instead. We also tried your Facebook page but there’s no option to send a message. Finally, we found an Instagram Page. The shop itself does not have a working number available to call.

My husband ordered a nice cream cake - white, specially a white ice cream cake on the outside with white en green icing and bubblegum flavour only on the inside as agreed with your shop in Zevenwacht Mall, Kuilsriver. Upon collection, 2 hours before my birthday party started, he pointed out their massive mistake in providing a shockingly BLUE cake that looks like a gender reveal cake, obviously not what was ordered and discussed. And nothing like the catalog picture! The shop assistant could barely speak English and as the party was starting in two hours, there was no time to correct the cake and we had to take the gender reveal looking blue cake. We would like to officially lodge a formal complaint and request a full refund.
