Pathetic customer service, rude and disrespectful

Rude manager with a very bad attitude couldn't answer simple questions that my husband wanted to know about the different variations. As a result, took down the incorrect order and then accused me of being a **** and shouting across the counter. Really bad customer experience and most customers that were standing in the queue walked away due to the manager acting so disrespectfully and immature.
