Out of cones milk lane cavendish

So everytime we go to milky lane cavendish in claremont, they never have cones. Its been months now. And we are told that we have to by the refrigerated ice creams but they still advertise all the different options dipped choc or caramel cones etc. Its very frustrating and the staff and owners are not very friendly.
