Nombuso at Milkylane Cresta!!!

Good Day. I've ordered a ice cream cake at milkylane Cresta.

I was informed to email my request and then I'll recieve their account details to make payment and then to forward proof of payment.

I spoke to a person by the name of Nombuso via email, to myself and wife's suprise we saw a few reviews where the cakes from milkylane Cresta are of a extremely bad quality.

I tried to email Nombuso to cancel our order before I have the same issue but he's lack of urgency or response is exactly why we do not want to proceed with this order.

I'm so happy that we have seen the previous reviews on the bad craftsmanship at milkylane Cresta and it's very clear now that I've tried to reach out to Nombuso in this regard and this is how he treats customers.

I would just like to emphasize strongly against ordering or just dealing with milkylane Cresta to whoever is reading this.

And whoever at milkylane *** cresta is reading this my order number is 114651, they were very quick to send acc details and request proof of payment but now I must struggle to cancel.

Plus the cake is for my daughter's birthday, I don't want to have to explain to my first child that we bought her a bad quality cake, I just want to cancel so i can make her have a good birthday. Please give my money back milkylane so I can continue with my life!!!!
