No ice cream or they are preparing to close

I have been to the store several times and all occasions the ice cream machine is either not working or they have switched it off for cleaning or they are preparing to knock off. The shop is supposed to close at 8 but by 7 there is no ice cream. Last time I went there at 6:30 I was told they switched the machine off because of the weather and they assumed no one would want to buy ice cream. I’m very disappointed with the service.
