Nice Cream Bitter Cake - what a mess

I ordered Nice cream cake from The Grove Mall Branch and the kids hated it - they said it was bitter and sour especially the outer layer. I am so disappointed and irritated, my daughters 5th birthday was ruined thanks to your not so NICE Cream cake. I thought I would try something different and it was just a mess to be honest, rather stick to serving ice cream because the cakes are not working out if the orders will be bitter, ice cream is meant to be sweet and so is cake.

FYI: It was the "unicorn of the sea cake" for Nolo, I ordered it from Prudence last week Tuesday (December 1, 2020., I wont comment on the colours because I asked for a light pink (with a dark pink when I asked for light pink and purple.
