Milky Lane Waterfall Mall

I went to Milky Lane in Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg at 15h30 on Monday, 22nd of January 2024. I ordered a waffle with 4 x cream. Looked edible when the waiter brought it. She said she is sorry, but they have no syrup. What is a Milky Lane waffle without syrup? Eventually she got a little bit of honey and chocolate. I looked around and saw all the staff on their sell phones except for the one serving me, and one more. A trolley with empty boxes and empty 5lt containers was parked next to my seat, and wasn't removed while I was there. I had to sit on a hard seat, because all the soft seats were washed, and still wet. I asked why didn't they wash the seats just before leaving so that it could dry over night. The waiter just look at me with big eyes. I wasn't happy there at all.
