Milky Lane useless

If I could a 0 star I would. Had to report Milky Lane Cresta twice and nothing came from it. Spend a lot of money on a cake that was a disaster and so I realized that any other people complain about the same cake, same store. Milky Lane head office tell me the store near to sort out the situation from there side. Wow. I spend money on a cake which the owner wants to give me back 2 waffles. Is this how you will sort out the problem Milky Lane???
