Milky Lane Sun City - No syrup on takeaways
<p>I'm very disappointed with Milky Lane after they refused I use the complimentary syrup on takeaway ice-cream at their Sun City restaurant. After complaining with Customer Services, they advised that this is normal as customers normally use extra serviettes when there are spillage which in turn increases unwanted costs. The syrup is thus only reserved for seated customers. I've heard a lot of excuses before, but this one took the cake. I've ordered takeaway ice-cream from Milky Lane for many years and used their syrups without a problem. Is a paying customer not a "customer" whether you sit down or not? I'm done arguing. Milky Lane, please keep your ice cream. I'll get it elsewhere.</p>
