Milky Lane Randfontein

On Wednesday 4 March I took my wife to Milky Lane Randfontein. It was a hour before closing, but when we got there, they were already busy cleaning and the chairs was all on the tables. The staff member told me they out of stock and can only help with ice cream. When I told them that I was going to report them, all of a sudden they were willing to make 2 waffles. When we got the waffles, they had this black grease covered on both sides. I took many photos and phoned the costumer service the next morning to complain. They asked that I send the complaint to Famous Brands. I did all of this and till today, had no response from them. This is not what I expected from Milky Lane, or the slow response from Famous Brands. We did not eat the Waffles.
