Milky Lane mall@reds horrible service

I went to Milky lane in mall@reds and received the worst service ever. We walked in and waited 10 minutes to be seated. When I complained I was told they are busy and there were 4 tables. We then sat down at a table and waited 30 minutes to get our order. Two tables that arrived after us got there orders before us.
