Milky lane Lenasia

Today 24 Jan 2024, my grandson turned one. We decided to take him to milky lane in Lenasia, at the signet Terrace center.

We were really disappointed as the shop wasn't really clean, as there were baby ****roaches on the wall and the waitresses were not welcoming, no smile and serving us in a really unwelcoming manner.

We also thought they would at least sing a happy birthday song, as was done in the past, so we informed the waitress and all she said was OK.....

The counter top wasn't clean as well, as you can see it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

The banana split we ordered also wasn't made according to milky lane standards.

I've been a customer of the milky lane franchise for over 32 years and now experiencing a bad downfall in the franchise.

To be honest, this review is not even worth the one Stat rating!
