Milky Lane Kyalami - Shocking Staff Attitude & Service

My wife ordered a cake from your store in Polofields, with clear instructions of what should appear on the cake. When we arrived on Saturday morning and they opened the cakle all the toppings fell off and the staff did not bother to rectify this. Also, the messaging had not be done. The staff were very rude & I do not appreciate when they speak in their language about us. We were told it would take 5 min to sort it out. After 15min when I enquired why it was taking so long, it was clear that nobody had been working on the messaging. Shocking service & all the staff should be fired. Horrible experience & we will never support Milky Lane again.
