Milky Lane has lost it's touch.

The quality of milky lane has honestly gone down the drain. Both with their product and customer service. Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for 3 ice creams (not on a busy day at all by the way), the Lady assisting me was extremely slow with literally no sense of urgency and even left me standing there alone for 5 minutes because she had to go and wash a cup. Now, the product. ice cream wasn't cold and the caramel drizzle was so thick and way too sweet - to the point where I got a headache from one small bite of it. Their staff has become ***********. There is no delivery with a smile whatsoever. I feel like the only reason they are in business is because of children. I'd rate their service with 0 stars if i could.
