Milky Lane gateway

Love Milky lane but hate the service at Milky Lane Gateway.

Placed an order for ice cream, when I received my order it had nuts in it. Assumed nuts come with it. Took a bite then staff called me back and said wrong order and made me pay for the nuts. Had no problem with paying for it but the way I was spoken to was verry rude, embarrassing and uncalled for.
