Milky lane drops standards in Bluff

On the 30th of September around 7:20pm- my family and I went to bluff milky lane. It was 7 of us.we all ordered except one. From start to end' the waiter treated us as if we doing her a favour. The food came onto the table piece at a time. I ate half way through before my guest got theirs. Only to find out that the full ****anigan was watery and uncooked. When it was taken back, it was pushed in the oven/salamander. When asked for a manager, she came with a pulled up face and was care free. I come from a 5 star hospitality sector. This was not service. Three things went wrong in one dining. There was an Indian lady at debonairs that took our details' because it was the same boss/owner. My late complaint was due to international flying. Please view cameras . we was the corner table by the door. In return I was insulted by my guests as to how they got treated. Zama was on shift that night
