Milky lane Clearwater mall

I ordered an ice cream cake online for my daughter's birthday for the 30 Dec. I placed the order on the 7th Dec with the milky lane Clearwater mall store. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order. I went to the store on the 12 Dec and requested a cancellation. The lady was very rude and unhelpful and said I must call the help desk. I cashed the help desk and they said only the store can cancel then order. I called the owner of the store who promised a refund on the 17 Dec. Since then it had been 1 story after another. It's now the 26th and still no refund. The customer service is absolutely disgusting!! Do not buy from this store as they just ***** your money. The staff in unhelpful, the owner is a **** and the milky lane head office is even more unhelpful. I am just appalled that such a big company has zero customer service!!!
