Milky Lane Carnival City disgusting Service

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, I went to milky lane this evening after 8 with my 4 kids got ourselves a table waited for someone to attend to us for about 5 to 10 minutes with 2 waitress behind the counter doing nothing. So I decided to confront the lady at the till so while I'm still complaining about us waiting for assistance a white couple walks in & the other waitress jumps to the door to ask them if they need a table and assistance , I was so shocked trying to rap my head around what just happened, I ask the lady to make us take aways bcs I was already fuming while she tries to take our order a family of 4 walks in stands behind us immediately she decides to turn her back leave what she was doing and calls another waiter to attend to the people behind us. So we decided to leave. I am really disappointed with what I experienced. I really can't comprehend it, not sure if my money was not good enough or if there's a membership servicing only. As much as I love they dessert I will never st my foot there ever again.
