Milky lane by Ushaka

Nomfundo from Milky lane Ushaka served me a plain vanilla ice cream in a cup with no chocolate topping yet I specifically requested it, I specifically requested the small ice cream in a cup with chocolate topping and was served something I did not request. When I raised this with the person who made the order she rolled her eyes and told me she served the order as per requested.

The solution was being abruptly told to add R10 for the additional chocolate topping. The service was beyond horrific and I'm not sure where they are trained in customer services but or ethics but the service was beyond poor.

I would not suggest anybody visits this particular one as they don't know the meaning of customer service.
